Cop Arrested For Having Sex On Duty

TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) –A Baltimore County police officer arrested for having sex while on duty has pleaded guilty to one count of misconduct in office. Alex DeMetrick reports the state has not asked for Officer Aaron Pross to serve jail time. The case stems from Pross sending sexual images of himself to a 16-year-old girl, as well as engaging in sex acts with a woman in his patrol car.Both the sexting and sex acts happened while Pross was on duty, causing him to not respond to a number of radio calls.
